As others have stated, our order for 2 free Cingular Razor phones and 2 free Bluetooth head seats, was never received! So we were offered another deal...just the 2 free phones by rebate! We were told all the rebate info would be in the boxes with the phones. When we received the phones they had a "special" seal on the box,"No refund if opened"! We stupidly assumed the rebate info would be in the box! Boy were we wrong.

Wirefly did not answer any e-mails. Cingular doesn't care how Wirefly sells it's cell phone service and we got no where. Our credit card account was charged $379.98!! We got our credit card company to remove it and put the amount in dispute, even they got no where with Wirefly. Then 2 months later we got an e-mail from Wirefly stating they would not charge our account. We thought the whole thing was settled! Wrong again! Wirefly charged our account 3 months later and told our credit card company they "meant in the e-mail" that they would not charge us any "monthly" fees! Monthly fees were never ever mentioned!

I have complained to the BBB of Washington DC, Virginia, Tennessee and I have complained to the Attorney Generals of each state and it seems Nothing can be done about this company. Why! I have no clue. All I get from the BBB is that they can not do anything about Rebates.
I would like to ask all who have been ripped off by Wirefly/InPhonic to Please, Please contact the BBB and Attorney General of your state plus the Attorney General in Washington DC. You all must complain, complain and then complain again! This company's taticts must be stopped. Also complain to Cingular! Once our 2 year contract is up with them we are canceling their service just because of Wirefly!

If you all keep complaining just maybe an investigation into this company will be started. Let everyone know what has happened to you. Don't stop! Don't let Wirefly win! They have ripped us off enough!

We got stuck paying the entire amount of $379.98 and the phones were supposed to be free "after rebate"! What a joke.

I even have a copy of the e-mail Wirefly sent me stating that they would not charge my account, but they have even buffaloed my credit card company, who states they can't do anything about rebates. Wirefly's excuse was that "we" were misinformed!! Yeah right!
Don't do business with this company. It's a ripp off to the max!

I know it's too late for me, but maybe, just maybe you can help others not to get ripped off by this company!
MSN.com usually runs their ads, you can complain to MSN as well. they usually have a link at the bottom of the ad called "Ad Feedback". Every time Wirefly has an ad on MSN, I reply to the Feedback with what they are up to!
