I am trying to cancel a monthly WPI Ifriends VIP charge of $6.95, and I can't get to talk to someone there, because the automated phone message does not allow to speak to someone live or allow one to cancel the charge. It will not even allow to cancel the charge through the internet site.

All prices and terms on our service are clearly and conspicuously disclosed, including use of a prominent icon and multiple clickthroughs in any instance in which a customer will incur charges. In addition, our "Customer is Always Right" policy ensures that we take action sufficient to obtain each customer's complete satisfaction, including making refunds for any charges which a customer has incurred but disputes.

We aren't sure why Patrick was unable to reach a live representative after connecting with our automated answering system. As mentioned by the automated answering attendant, a live representative can be reached by hitting the number '2' on a touch-tone phone.

Since becoming aware of the above RipOffReport complaint, we have been in contact with Patrick and the matter has been resolved to his satisfaction. Should there be any further questions or concerns, Patrick can contact our Customer Support Department 24/7 at 1-800-IFRIEND (option #2).
