I had work done right before Chrismas thinking my extended coverage was over, only to find out that it was still good.
This was work that was covered by this coverage and it was not like I was asking for the moon, I just wanted them to look it over and send me my money back. But because of a contract phrasing [you must have prior authorization]like anyone I do not rember the exact wording of the contract years at a time. I called Wynn's and they had told me that I could send my reciepts in for review [my mistake to believe that they would even look at it]. If they were not going to look at it they should not lead me on they why they did. I think this company is a BIG rip-off and will let others know what the do for a living.

Read the contract Customers have responsibilities, too.

In essence, you are complaining that Wynn's is going by the letter of the contract and won't bend the rules to suit you. That's hardly a fair criticism, in my opinion.
While I do not work for Wynn's, I have been selling their contracts for four years and they have always lived up to the terms of the contract. Just because they wouldn't 'bend the rules' for you doesn't make them a bad company or the contract a bad deal.
That being said, it isn't one customer in fifty that reads what they are asked to sign when they buy a motor vehicle. Customers have responsibilities, too.
