YES! Communities does enforce all Community Living Guidelines that each resident much read and agree to before moving into a community. That being said, each lease clearly explains that late payments can lead to eviction or pending court cases, rent is due on the first of every month and associated fees may apply to late payments. YES! Communities staff does require all residents, as well as children of residents, to follow the Community Living Guidelines; this is to ensure the safety of all residents. Additionally, each employee of YES! Communities is required to complete annual training to ensure that all residents are being treated equally and fairly.  We respect all of our residents regardless of whether they are homeowners or renters. We encourage all residents to email our customer service email at YESICanHelp@yescommunities.com if they feel as though their community management is not addressing their concerns appropriately.

How true is this!! I am so glad to see others have the same issues.  Although there is a whole new manager and collector now, from when  this person commented, the situation is NOT any better at all! If anything these slum lords have made it worse!  Theft of money paid to the office is the latest !  Amazing how these people can run a company and care so little about anyone but themselves!
