YMAX AKA Cash Now USA claim that I am going to be arrested for an old payday loan Milton Florida

This is my second go-around with these people. Two months ago they were in New York (via reverse look-up) now they are in Florida. Wish I knew what I did to get them to stop calling the first time. The same thing happened both then and now, although they seem to have improved on dealing with things like the made-up case number they now use.

They call claiming that there has been a lawsuit against me for an old payday loan. It is a guy with a heavy Indian accent. He says his name is Jack Keller. I immediately ask for the case number and he tells me that I will be transferred to the "sheriff deputy assigned to the case." I get put on hold and the call is dropped. This happens 3 times and then the "sheriff deputy" finally calls me back. He also has a heavy accent, and I think it may be the same guy. 

He then proceeds to read "the charges" which include various things like check fraud and illegal online payday loans. He tells me that I must cooperate or I will be arrested. He also has all of my information including my social security number and drivers license number. I ask him for his name and badge number and he literally YELLS at me to not interrupt him. He then starts at the beginning and repeats what he has already said and when he gets to the part about how they are going to "transfer my case to the city and county I live in so I can be arrested" I again ask for his name and badge number. He again SCREAMS at me not to interrupt me and they are coming to arrest me. I said "I understand that, but I want to know who you are so I can provide that information to my lawyer." Then he hangs up. 

I fully expect them to keep calling, as this is what happened two months ago. If they do, I plan to get my attorney involved.
