Like others already reported, we too were victimized by a deceptive sales rep. We were a newly established business when a sales rep stopped by the office making a sales pitch that if we weren't satisfied after seeing our monthly internet report, all we needed to do was call and cancel - no annual contract required.
Well, we did call after we saw no results after the first month. We requested cancellation and thought that was the end of it; until we started receving calls three months later about overdue payments. We have gone back and forth with this company for a year now - only to receive a call and a letter from a collection agency.
It appears to be a pattern and obviously YP is condoning this action; otherwise, they would investigate and follow-up with their new clients to make sure they are happy and receiving the services they were promised.
My advice to anyone considering using this company is to run like the wind.
