YP.com Yellow Pages Lied about contract, sales rep yelled, screamed and called manager names when getting out of contract Kansas City, Olathe, Overland Park Nationwide

Sales Rep, Tiffany McGhee, lied to owner concerning length of contract, assuring him that was only for three months. After signing, continued contract with company for over a year, stating that it was "understood" that we would continue said contract for that length of time. When manager called to cancel contract after three months, sales rep yelled, screamed and called the manager unpleasant names, acting completely unprofessional.

Company continues to charge for internet website that is not functional and not present. Being charged monthly fee for literally nothing. Sales rep won't take calls. Help center refuses to do anything stating that a note in the log made by sales rep says charge is to remain in effect.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with concerning any sales. Lies, refusal to help customer, delivering NO results on the promises made, claiming to have "hits" that are just not there. Faking results on their stats showing peak moments just before sales rep meets with you.

There are MUCH better ways to spend your advertising dollars - DO NOT use these people in any form of advertising and get out NOW if you have them.
