YP.COM no contrack or paper statement of what you get for what amount Texas,michigan, Missouri

 YP.com claims to provide an advertising solution that will increase the number of calls to your business to about 26 calls per month. (From sales rep) I asked for a copy of the contract (again sales rep) which I never received. So I'm charged a monthly fee with no idea of what I'm getting for the cost (1). My phone calls never increased by more then 3 so the cost is far higher then I can cover by new customers (2). I stipulated that payment would be based on if this service is beneficial to me (3). If that clause is not in my "contract" then it was modified. My suggestion is to forward a copy of the cover page which I can provide with over 300 complaints to lawyers that are interested in opening a class action suet against Y.P. com and any company that conspires (like collection agencies) to defraud consumers with YP.com. when they contacted me again to increase the monthly payments to include the white pages told them to cancel the service and they're still trying to charge me. In a class action suet of more then 300 a cost of 1M per complaint would not be out of line.
