My husband went to Zales and bought me a ring for Christmas. They sold it to him for $250. We took the ring to a reputable local jeweler had it appraised, and was told it was worth only $2. Zales is selling fake jewelry. When it was sold to him he was told the diamonds were real and the silver was real. When it was appraised it was found the diamonds are fake and the silver is sterling silver.

Zales is selling fake Jewelry

My husband and I both bought Silver Jewelry from Zales. He both me two rings and I bought one. Both silver rings he bought got damaged when swimming, washing dishes and bathing, I never wore the last one. I took all three rings to a jeweler and I was told that my black diamonds were real but of very bad quality, it was worth a $1.00, really one whole dollar. $15 for the diamonds, mind you this is a $685 ring. My other two rings were white sapphires, worth nothing they said. They were silver over a somekind of metal. Zales needs to get investigated and needs to return all it's customers their money. ZALES SUCKS! I got a better ring in a pawn shop in the Bronx
