Verizon wouldn't let me talk to anyone but their Phillipino customer service people that speak little or BAD english,read from a script and now when asking for a Manager that is in United States they pass me along to their Phillipino buddies in the sweat shop-Bolier room environment they work in(you can hear them buzzing like bees in the background) . two and a half weeks ago they kept me on the phone all afternoon, 12 :04 to 4:22 EST and I got nothing accomplished but almost had a heart attack from the stress and hypertension. They need serious sanctions for these actions! If you have VERIZON Wireless I'd switch now before YOU need a new replacement phone,but instead they send out junk ,double bill you after you explain not to do!  Then just shut you off? Put into a manufactured Past Due situation with the Overbilling and then t urning their backs on you when you have an issue after almost 20 years of having an account with 2 phones the past 4 years and 4 phones most of the past twenty years. Yet they treat you like you are a prepaid customer with no loyalty to them, Sincerely,Jeff Abbott

For those Claiming BS-Verizon adds Insult to Injury,Shuts phone off for their Overbillings! Went to 2 locations Yesterday Including Corporate Store, That is Serious BS

First as the Heading implies Verizon ,first thing Monday albeit, shut down my business temporarilly and my phones over their employees overbillings they don't(won't) correct, but they'll take the liberty to add back cost on a line that doesn't have a phone to which phone number is forwarded(my business). Due to ignorance and a host of employees that buy into the bad Corporate Culture(trying to get two sales taxes and 2 transaction fees off a week old "hands down" product warranty situation on the new phone they suggested. Overbilled me to almost double my monthly billing and wouldn't release the warranty replacement because of a corporate rule to get a 2nd sales tax on a warranty! Within the 30 day period. Unlike someone ,I assume a Verizon employee, tried to discredit my Approve claim by claiming I was a fraud and it was BS. To him,he doesn't know my health,my life or how well i recognize tell tale signs my health was in trouble: hyper-tension created from the Verizon employees.

 If you "almost" had a heart attack then what are you doing here? You are a doctor, aren't you? You can tell the difference between a heart attack and an almost heart attack, right? This is nothing more than very typical immature and brainless internet EXAGGERATION. It's way past time for YOU to GROW UP!
