I received a letter stating I purchased a 14 day trial offer and it had elapsed and now I owe $139.87. They had the last four digits of an old credit card.

I have not been able to get anyone on the number stated on the letter so I did some research about the payable to company: Apex Solutions, LLC and have found that I am not alone.

They are threatening to send my account to a collection agency and ruin my credit. I want to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I am going to write a letter to the company address and report it to the better business bureau.
