I received a letter dated may 2nd saying that I owed to Apex solution the amount of 139.87 for some home business secrets that supposedly I order on line for a 14 day trial and never canceled. 

Fact # 1: My credit card info and e-mail were stolen some time ago and I actually reported to my bank and the fraud guy from my bank and me went through some internet based companies where whoever stole my info ordered a bunch of products. So I actually have proof of it and that's why my card was canceled. 
So i called the company and the girl who took my call was rude and told me that she was sending my bill to a third party to collect because I just did not wanted to pay.
When I asked her when did I order the product and if they had proof I received it she said it was not relevant and wish me to have a good day. mmmmmmm suspicious??
I am going to report this company to the General Attorney office and the BBB and if you are reading this and you are in the same situation as me, you should do the same.
