Apex Solutions, LLC Tried to exhort money by threatning to contact collection agency unless I pay for merchandise which I've never heard of. Said they tried unsuccessfully to process payment from my VISA acct. Las Vegas, Nevada

I received a letter from APEX Solutions demanding $139.95 supposedly for a Trial Product of merchandise I had received. I have never heard of APEX and had never ordered or received the trial product. They said they attempted to bill my VISA Account and unless I pay my name will be turned over to a Collection Agency with possible dire consequences to my credit rating. I view this as extortion and I am filing Complaints with appropriate agencies.
