Apex Solutions, LLC Collections Department Money Scam -- trying to rip people off; rude, hang up on you, not a ligitimate company. Las Vegas, Nevada

I received a letter -- URGENT COLLECTIONS NOTICE, regarding a 14 day trial offer that had expired and that $139.95 is past due.  They also had personal information such as my last four digits of my credit card.  When I called the phone number to straighten out the mess, Derrik, the person I first spoke with, hung up on me after we argued about the legitimacy of the content in the letter.  I called again, after waiting another 10 minutes, Derrik answered again and immediately hung up on me when I started to talk.  I called a third time, this time a female named Talia answered; she asked me for my last name, when I gave her the information, she hung up on me.  Clearly this is SCAM.  They are trying to solicit money out of consumers that they do not owe anything. 

I do not know how they have obtained some of my personal information; however, they certainly need to be stopped.  I did order two 14 trial items -- and I did cancel both trial items withing the 14 day trial period.  The people at Apex Solutions, LLC are not interested in the details of your cancellation -- they are only trying to scare people into paying for something they do not owe by threatening to send the information to your credit report -- major Rip Off con artists! 

This is bad for consumers and bad for legitimate businesses -- Buyer Beware!  Obviously these people are somehow stealing your information when you place legitimate orders and then using portions of that information to scare you into paying them the fraudulent excess funds of $139.95!
