I was sent a collections notice dated May 6, 2010 from Apex Solutions Llc., on behalf of Home Business Secrets stating that I owed them a past due balance of $139.87 and claimed that I had enrolled in a 14 day trial offer. They also claim that I agreed to their "Terms and Conditions" which I have never seen! They claim that my credit card was canceled preventing them from collecting this debt. You bet it's canceled and here's why:

I ordered some software for $2.18 back in August of 2009 and that was that or so I thought. Within a week there was a charge for $89.87 taken out of my bank account and I filed a claim. I also called this company and told them I expected them to refund the amount all well within a 2 week period. I was given a bogus number to identify my refund which never came. I made over 20 phone calls to this company and each time I received a new excuse as to why they were lax in remitting what they owed me. My bank at the time, was Washington Mutual and they returned the money to my account. Then Chase Bank bought out WAMU and after 6 months they took the money out again and told me to collect it from Home Business Secrets! This puts us into February of 2010.

I called this Apex Solutions and was confronted by a man named Andrew who said they were only collecting a debt and that I must have enrolled or i wouldn't be getting this collections notice! I was so angry that I had to hang up! I called again and talked to a woman named Ira so she said and ended up with accusations of enrolling yet again so I hung up with a few choice words! After months of chasing these crooks they have the temerity to bill me? They were doing business out of Wally's Service and UHaul in Pahrump, NV and I reported them to their city business license office and they did not even possess a business license!

I have chased these crooks for months now and am ready to go for a class action suit! I have a lot of information on them and they originated in Utah.

I have reported them to the attorney general, the USPS, the BBB and am very determined to keep them from ripping off others! I checked out their former website homebiz226.com and it is gone.

By the way, I never received any software and neither have any of their other victims!
