Apple Store Ignored my complaint by fooling me ripoff San Diego California

I bought a refurbished Ipod and I expect to get a product that says its up to factory standards. THe battery is supposed to last around 14 hours. I only get 5 hours at best. I took my apple ipod to the Apple store in Fashion Valley and the salesman spoke really fast and really loud and sent me home with the option to come back later if I had changed a couple of things. Update ipod to new firmware- that was already the case. He looked into my setttings and lied to me, saying there was an update. At the time an update was a month away. Next he said look into battery optimization suggestions online. THats fine, I did that on my own when I first got my ipod, 2 weeks before I wanted to get serviced.

The point is i was ignored and tottally dismised, and im sure this guy is only following orders. Its gotta be an unspoken strategy.

I'm pissed that I was treated like im a bother for addressing a concern about a product I payed in full for with warranty and proof of purchase. I do not like the apple brand as much anymore.
