My kids by mistake subscribed an app and Apple deducted the amount without informing me or without getting any OTP which is not correct. If someone is going to deduct the amount from my account at least I need to be notified at the same time of deduction so that's why I can review if the amount should be deducted or not but Apple deducted the amount without informing me suddenly I surprised by getting the deduction message from the bank and the application which is subscribed is not available in my country even after I inform to Apple pay my issue they keep telling I am not eligible and the amount is not for one month so that I can adjust but it is subscribed for one year and which amount is very high for me

And the application name is MoviesNow, the streaming app, which is available in UK and USA only for online movies streaming, which is not usable in my country, Saudi Arabia. If I am paying the amount to the app which is not available in my country, it's worthless. Even though if they are not paying my amount, at least I have to get some service. Even though I am not getting service and they are charging me, for what?
