AT&T Universal Card AT&T Universal Card charges $105 in interest and fees for a $102 cash advance WITH ALL BILLS PAID ON TIME Internet

I made a cash advance of $102 on my AT&T Universal Card.  They charged me a $10 fee (OK I guess) and a total of $94.75 in interest!  When I complained they credited back the interest. But be warned.  As I understand it, their policy is that when you make a cash advance you will be charged at an annual rate of 24%,   BUT NOT on the advance amount, but your entire average monthly balance.  This policy is unfair.  In effect the company charged over 90% interest for lending me $102 for 35 days.  That is 900% interest PER YEAR!
