AT&T Universal Card ripoff Jacksonville Florida

Added credit protection charges to my credit card without permission totaling over 300.00 and the account was paid off now they are adding interest and late charges to their credit protection fees now totaling over 500.00 when the account balance was zero.

Credit card was charged over 300.00 in credit protection fees and I have never opted for their program or consented in anyway that I wanted this type of protection. I paid off my account and they are now adding late charges at the rate of 40.00 per month plus interest at the rate of 30.00 a month. This was a zero balance account and now I owe over 500.00 of charges I never opted for. Please advise and help me. I have called numerous times and they say they investicate and then they write back an say it is a valid enrollment. I never have consented and I have the paperwork they sent me in front of me now and it requires my signiture to enroll and I have never signed anything allowing them to charge the program to me.
