My name is Evan Deboard, and I have been a customer with AT&T for over three years. I recenlty switched service from one location to another. From a business account to a residential service. During the transition they made me pay another $100 instalation fee, just to switch to another loctaion because of a move. Since then At&T has been charging two of my debit card continuously for the last six months on a card they are not authorized to be charging on. Along with this, when I transferred my service to the new location, they made me a new account, and who I spole with on the phone went ahead and set up my personal pin without my knowledge nor did he even inform me on the pin number not giving me access to my account. They have been charging on different dates each month for different amounts as well. I have never been more dissatisfied with a comapny, and such a comapny with so much business. Along with calling back to back to try a reslove this matter, I am hung up on by each represenative that I come in contact with, they say they can't pull an account on minute, then two minutes later they find my account. That is about as far as we get each time before they disconnect the call. I will be contacted my attorney today because this is grand larceny. They have been stealing money from me, and I would say others as well for awhile now going unnoticed.
