Damaged bookshelf received (broken in half).
Called and emailed, sent pictures per request, assured that new one would be delivered
Called # given (1-800-290-0465) but have not been able to connect for over 3 months. The # is to a company called "Southshore".

Called Cymax three times for resolution and refund. Manager refused to refund on 4/12/13, after third time calling Cymax 

Here is fraudulent e-mail sent from Cymax on 1/21/13:

Thank you for your email. We apologize that your order arrived in less than perfect condition.

As Cymax is a drop ship company we ship all of our orders directly from the manufacturer. As it is our goal to get you the quickest resolution possible, we are happy to inform you that South Shore will actually send out their own replacements to you directly free of charge!

Because they are able to process their replacement orders directly from the customers, this process is a lot quicker than if we were to submit a replacement order ourselves.

This will be free of charge and you can reach them at 1-800-290-0465.

If they are not able to assist you please let us know and we will contact them directly.
