They have a NO RETURN POLICY which the consumer does not know about until a problem arises.  If something is broken, they want to send a replacement part - no refunds.  If you are dissatisfied with the product you are stuck...they adivse the costumer-and here is the exact quote from their e-mail..."If you no longer wish to keep the product, we suggest that you look into selling it locally in order to obtain some of the purchase price back."

Wow - for a company where you have to order on line (you can't go to the store and look at it first) to be like this...unacceptable...problem is we are backed into a corner.  Only thing we can do is know better than every buy from them again and warn our friends and family.
