Decor My Eyes CONSUMERS BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY CAN NOT SHIP CORRECT ITEM ORDERED Brooklyn New York

I recently ordered RayBans and received the wrong RayBan item, I was told to return them and the shipping cost would be paid for by them. I later contacted this Stanley character who informed me that the item that I ordered was no longer in stock or made, and that a refund of sunglasses was being issued. I then asked him about the returned shipping charges being credited at which time he became very unprofessional and sarcastic. He told me to eat the $11.80 shipping cost and told me what do I expect from shopping on the internet that I was being a little girl about the $11.80.

First of all if he could not deliver the correct item which now seems intentional, according to his behavior he shouldn't have sent them and have me return them to a different location, 2nd the agreement on return per three different phone conversations was that the shipping cost would be reimbursed.
