Decor My Eyes, Eye Wear US, EMalish Corp. Very shady operation Brooklyn New York

I have also had a strange experience with Decor My Eyes. I sent them a pair of titanium frame glasses for repair. I chose them because they were geographically nearby and because they promised a 10 day turn around.

Well, things felt shady right after I made my paypal payment for the return shipping charges. (They request this up front, in case you refuse their quote on the repair charges). They are supposed to issue an order number, but I never heard from them. I had to send several emails and a copy of my paypal receipt before I received an order number.

I shipped my glasses to them and, again, had to wait almost a month before I received a quote and then the repaired glasses.

Throughout this process, I had many back and forth emails asking about status, and I made several phone calls. I always got a different excuse; their facilities were undergoing renovation, they had to wait for the lab to ship the glasses back to them, etc.

Just the fact that they have so many different names and services, makes me very wary of this company.

I sincerely suggest avoiding them.
