I ordered a pair of frames and received the same form letter e-mail as the others, that there was a small crack in the frame and it was discontinued.

My credit card was charged anyway and when i called for it to be credited. I was told by a "Customer Service Rep" that I had to call another number which was a cell phone for Borker Vitaly, Which must be real name of
Stanley Bolds, this person was beyond rude, I have never had a business person speak like this, cursed at me, called me names and was so completly unprofessional it was appalling.

I finally got him to issue a refund ans when it came thru it was less a fee for 4.54 which I have disputed thru American Express.A fee for what ? they did nothing except insult me .

I wish I had checked this site before I ordered .
