I ordered a violet-blue laser pointer that was advertised on their web page as being good for presentations. However when I received it it was immediately clear that the laser was not powerful enough to be seen in a presentation room. I requested a return because the item was not capable of doing what it was advertised to do.

Instead of allowing me to return it I have been bounced around their "technical support" been told to change the battery etc. Overall not helpful customer service relayed to me in broken english. I have spent more time jumping through their hoops than the laser is worth.

The item does not work as advertised. It is a piece of garbage. I want to return it, but am being denied that ability. Their web page purports easy returns, but this is also not true. Overall the customer service is terrible and their products are not as advertised. Buyer Beware.
