I purchased the Microsoft Office Pro Plus download.  Download went smoothly and no problem until activation pop-ups started.  Each time I tried to activate, I received an error message that says "we're sorry, something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now.  Please try again later (error code # xC004C060).  When I googled this code, it states "your product key is no longer valid. ... If you bought a product key separate from the software, it's very possible the product key was stolen or otherwise fraudulently obtained, and subsequently blocked for use". I have also tried the phone activation option but to no avail, as it states the product key cannot be verified. When I call the 800 # it states you've reached a number that is not currently set up to receive calls. The chat/email option does not work as no one gets back to you. I would just like a refund of my purchase and for the site to be reported and taken down.
