If an LG appliance breaks down, it will require several days to get a technician from a local repair company to show up to evaluate the product. It will then require 7-10 days to receive the parts once ordered and then another 2-5 days or more to obtain the next service call. So BEWARE that if you buy an LG Electronics Appliance and it breaks down, it will require a minimum of two weeks to repair your appliance, two service calls, and it will probably require 3 weeks to actually complete the process. A hefty sacrifice for a new piece of equipment. We bought a microwave that broke within three days and it will require 21 days to complete the repair.
