Lumber Liquidators AWFUL SERVICE San Jose California

I bought flooring from Lumber Liquidators two months ago. When my installer went to pick everything up they were not given all the items. I called the store and they acknowledged that thay had the items and they would ship them.

Having not received them I called the store several times. All I could ever get at this point was a voice mail but NEVER a retrun call. Frustrated I called corporate and they spoke to the store and my items were going to be shipped that day via Fed Ex. After a week I again called corporate.

They confirmed that the items had NOT shipped but would go that day, again Fed Ex and they provided me with a tracking number. The next day i check when it does not show up and the tracking says it was returned to the shipper for 'improper packaging'.

I call corporate again and they tell me that the Fed Ex site shows it out for delivery. I unfortunately let this person off the phone an checked the Fed Ex site. It now shows 'delivered' but if you look at the detail screen it was delivered back to the store and signed for by the store manager.

I have copies of the FedEx info showing it was delivered back to the store and a copy of the store managers signature. However, now neither the store nor corporate will return my calls.

I tried today to call the shipping department where you ask about items to be delivered. They tell me they can not help me only customer service. When I tell them that they have not returned my calls she says they will within 48 hours. When I explain that it has been more than 48 hours they tell me I have to talk to customer service, the same people who won't and haven't returned my calls, to complain about customer service not returning my calls.

In other words, too bad, nothing I can do for you.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with these people. They thing they really like to liquidate is your bank account. This is a very BAD company with no concept of customer service.
