While I am aware that companies do not have work with customers regarding situations of this type, it is therefore best for them not to offer this service; it then becomes a lie when they are tested on their offer.  No one said anything about not paying this bill my request was to lower my payment upon their offer to assist several months prior to making the idea of staffing invalud.  

Mariner managers made suggestions to me which I tried an then turned around an blocked them. I don't care what their rating is of me.  I say only do not make offers if you don't intend to follow through with it.
