Mattress One Horrible Scam!!! Altamonte Springs Florida

Worst experience of my life! Bought a mattress the begining of 2013 and within 4 weeks the springs down the middle of the bed were sinking. I culd put my knee of the bed and it would literally fall to the floor. Every time I called the store a different person answered and I had to explain my story all over again. And finally yesterday, I had to call again and they denied me the manufacturers warranty because there was a stain from me having to store the mattress because I would wake up in pain. I spent over $750 on a mattress to use less than a month. No one called me back I had to consistantly call every week and explain everything all over again to the new associate. The last time I was in the store there was another new person there an he told me he hates working for the company and he gets many complaints and law suits. Then I call three days later to try to find out about the warranty and he no longer worked there. This was the biggest rip off and scam!!!!! Never again will I do business with this "company".
