Mattress One Regional manager Ebrahimi Amin on February 19, 2014 was helpful and eager to make a sale. Once sale was made deal close he became difficult to reach was given the run around. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. Customer service is poor no one one is know knowledgeable and cannot give refunds without receiving a code from a manager. North Miami Beach location sales representative Ed stated they don't refund taxes, how is that possible. I had the worst experience in purchasing from Mattress One. Pembroke Pines Florida

Regional Manager Ebrahimi Amin knows the right pitch to get your business. Once deal is close he becomes difficult to reach and gives you the run around. Mr. Amin assured me my delivery would be at my residence before I leave for work between 8-10am. Delivery did not show up till 11a which made me miss a day of work. Then he assured me if any problems with the pillows he suggest I buy I could return them to the North Miami Beach Location for a refund or exchange. Once at North Miami Beach location was approach by sales gentleman Ed which advise me that my return had to be at location I bought them from, immediately call Mr Amin which authorize refund however Ed stated they do not refund taxes. Call Mr Amin again with heart full regrets that I purchase from Mattress One. Mr Amin stated Ms Jones I will be at the Pines location when you get off work and I will refund your taxes. Needless to say Mr Amin was not at location and the young lady there had no idea how to refund or if she could make refund. Although I had my receipt she still needed a manager permission to make refund back to my card. Again calling Amin no answer I sat for forty five minutes for a refund to be authorize. This has been the worst experience. I do not recommend anyone to do business with Mattress One.
