Mattress One Dominick Fazzolare, Mark ?,Mgr., Andy Abdelnour Never got the mattress I I laid on in the show room. Four times they delivered inferior junk. Then I drove 20 miles to Sanford and got the same BS from Dominick, Fazzolare. Mattress One Regional manager Ebrahimi Amin on February 19, 2014 was helpful and eager to make a sale. Once sale was made deal close he became difficult to reach was given the run around. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. Customer service is poor no one one is know knowledgeable and cannot give refunds without receiving a code from a manager. North Miami Beach location sales representative Ed stated they don't refund taxes, how is that possible. I had the worst experience in purchasing from Mattress One. Pembroke Pines Florida
