Mattress One Delivery people and warranty Port Charlotte Florida

 I bought a Beauty Rest Pillow Top and it began to create "pot holes" almost immediately. I contacted the sales person who immediately wanted to refer the problem to the manufacture. He wanted to send someone out to take measurements.  I explained that I just prefered a comfort exchange according to their policy.

They did a comfort exchange without a problem but the new mattress is hard as a rock and not at all like the one in the store. I'm now stuck.  The stiching on the mattress is defective. You can only exchange once.

My complaint is about the delivery people. They just dropped the mattress in the kitchen and did not want to set it up on the bedframe. We had to ask them to do it.  One of them became very rude and abrupt.  He also  forgot to take the old bedding away and we stopped them just before they left.  One of them said, "You should have told me that when I was up there."

I would not buy from this company again because of their sales tactics, and because you can't get ahold of anyone if you have a concern or complaint.
