Mattres One Paid CASH upfront and NEVER got my mattress set!! TOTAL SCAMMERS!! Davie Florida

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!    I purchased a Kingsgate Plush Pillow Top set on April 26, 2015 from the DAVIE store located on 5795 South University Drive, Davie FL 33328 and did not receive it. The sales rep was a guy named Richard (he stapled his business card to my 1st receipt). I paid him CASH in full and was given a Mattress One receipt. The delivery was scheduled for 4/30/15 10a-3pm. My order never came. When I contacted him, he said I will receive it on 5/2/15. It never came on 5/2. I contacted him again he said it will be delivered on 5/4/15 for sure. On 5/4/15 the delivery guys came with a mattress and no box springs. I informed them that my order included box springs and I told them to come back when they had my entire order. The guys took the mattress back down stairs to the truck. I called and spoke to Richard and he instructed the delivery guys to bring the mattress back in. I insisted on refusing the mattress because they did not bring the complete set. He then told me to keep the mattress and he will have them send the box springs along with the gel pillows by Friday 5/8/15.  That never happened. I then realized that the mattress the originally delivered was the wrong mattress anyway. They sent a firm when I purchased a plush.  I came back in to the store and Richard seen his error on the original receipt and put in a "special repair memo" to have them bring the right mattress on 5/13/15. About a week later, Dave called me to confirm the delivery of the plush mattress. He also added that they would be sending a better plush mattress then the one I ordered for the error they made. I made several trips to the store with the copy of my PAID IN FULL receipt and was told they have no records of it. I was contacted by Joan Marie who told me she was working with corporate to sort this out. She was very rude and wanted to know who Is spoke to,  what did he look like, was he black, did he have a goatee, etc.  I was so surprised at such questions. She was interrogating me instead of trying to figure out what was going on with the order I placed weeks earlier.  I spoke to the district manager Greg at the store and he told me he was not manager but would try to help.  Greg called me the next day to say he confirmed that I paid cash and the cash deposit was made by his staff. This completely had nothing to do with me. By this point I had enough and demanded them to pick up their mattress that had been taking up space in my home for over a week and to give back my money. I never got the mattress set I ordered, I didn't get my hard earned money back, and they never came to get the firm mattress that's been taking up space in my home and inconveniencing me for over 3 weeks. I called the "corporate office" several times and spoke to Kathleen/Kathy. She was very rude and never called me back as promised.  I demand an immediate full cash refund from Mattress One. This has been a horrible experience. I have been so disrespected by Greg,  Joan Marie, and Kathleen. This mattress issue has cost me a lot of time, money, effort and headaches. I reported them to BBB, and still no response from them.
