Mattress1one Misleading practices, very deceptive , bad customer services Brunswick Georgia

I purchased a Cloud Supreme Breeze Queen matress an Temper Ergo Premier Base on Aug 2014.  Ms Davis the sale clerk new i was interest in another matress which was about $1300 dollars cheaper.

She sort of  persuader me to get the  Tempur-pedic which was more expensive by telling me that if i was not satisfied with the tempur-pedic, i could exchange it for the other mattress. I had 120 days to exchange

. She never explain to  me that if the difference was less than what i paid for the matress I would lose the difference in the cost. No she did not go over the contract with me . She was rushing and had a bad attitude.

She also told me that if i get a note from my doctor saying I had back problems an would benefit from this matress she would reimburse my taxes i paid on the matres. I never received any refund.

I went to the store about 2 months later because the tempur-pedic matress was not working out for my back. Ms Davis was no longer working there.   Explain the situation to the new salesman. He appeared to be very helpful, gave me a complaint form to fill out and a number to call the coporate office . The only thing about that they dont tell you that you have to have  a remote access code to put in .I am very upset an I am total unsatified with this matress  an I will loose $1300 to change. I do not recommend any one to purchase any thing  from this company, they are not loyal to their customers.
