Mattress1One, Hector, Brandon abusive, threatening, multiple lies, Pompano Beach Florida

I put an order in for a box spring and frame on 12-2-2014 to be delivered after work on 12-4-2014. On the day of delivery I  received a phone call from the store. I called when I got off work and Hector informed me they tried to make the delivery. I told him I was at work and had set the delivery to come after 4:00 pm. He told me they put my order on the day delivery truck. I asked him if they were going to deliver it and he said yes between 5 and 6 pm. When they did not show up by 7:00 pm I called the store, no answer and the voice mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. I stopped by the store on 12-5-2014 and spoke to Brandon over what happened. He told me it had been delivered and I told him they did not deliver and they never called to say they were not going to show up. They were running a special for the set of the box spring I had originally ordered for $299.00. i went ahead and placed the order for the whole set at that price and paid the difference. When I got home Brandon called and told me I owed them over $100.00 more and I told him I did not have that and to just cancel the order. I stopped in the store the next day to make sure the order was cancelled and spoke to Hector, with Brandon present. Brandon wrote out a report for me to sign, which I refused because it was not accurate. After that Hector was very rude. I told him that he was the worst customer service representative that I have ever dealt with. I asked for a copy of what was going to be refunded to me after they took out the restocking fee and he refused to give me anything. He got up out of his chair and threw his arm up pointing to the door for me to leave screaming at me that I was an evil person. This was a $300.00 order, some debited from my banking account $82.48 and $116.52 and $100.00 cash that I still have not been refunded for. this has been almost two months and I should have had this within 7 to 10 business days. They are charging me 20% restocking fee even for the mattress that was never pulled in the first place.
