Mattress1One Complete ripoff. Do not buy from them. Port Saint Lucie West, Florida

They got me!  I never thought I would have problems buying mattresses.  I've always purchased from another seller and decided to try Mattress1One in Port St. Lucie West FL a try.  I purchased 4 mattresses from this company.  Two for my Mom's house and two for my house.  My Mom started complaining to me after two weeks that the Mattress was sinking.  I really didn't pay attention.  My Mom went away on vacation.  When she returned she told me to please come and check the mattress.  She was right.   I called the store and spoke to Steve to work something out.  He told me to come in.  When I came in they charged me $150 to replace the mattresses.  The Mattress is supposed to have a 10 year warranty.  When I asked for a copy of the warranty, the sales rep Julius said he didn't have one.  I came home and googled them and it seems alot of us are getting ripped off.  In this bad economy, we expect sales people to be a bit more honest to earn our trust and business.  Unfortunately, this is not the case with Mattress1One. 

I will be taking them to small claims court.
