Nationstar Mortgage Company is ripping people off by raising their mortgage rates higher and higer on people. And they are currently blackballing people from leaving them and going to other mortgage companys with better fixed rates. They stopped reporting to the credit people and now they are trying to screw my dad and others. They were raising his rates every 2 to 3 months when it stated in the contract that it would be raised every 6 months.

They are currently going bankrupt and closing their doors, And not taking on any new mortgages right now. His current rate on the house right now is 11.999% on this mortage and it keeps getting higher and higher to the point he is about ready to loose the house.
