Nationstar Mortgage ,HAMP, modification loan Nationwide

  I was granted a HAMP(home modification loan) for my primary mortgage owned by Bank of America, who also held my 2nd mortgage. Bank of America transferred my 2nd mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage, who will not modify the 2nd mortgage. The reason is "The investor does not participate" in the loan modification program. I have spoken and written to HUD, a national Consumer  Protection organization as well as Nationstar, and can get no support. I don't know why they will not modify a loan that is at 8%, cause I have not paid it and I am placing the house on the market.

  My husband and I are retired, disabled, and handicapped senior citizens and our country and mortgage companies and banks seems to be run by groups of non caring, greedy, and wealthy individuals with their feet on my necks. I am in sympathy with anyone having to deal with Nationstar or Bank of America, however all I can offer you are my prayers, because I have no money.

   If anyone files a class action or any action against Nationstar and/or Bank of America, you have my permission to include me. If you think I have information that can help you, please email me.
