Nationstar Mortgage Nationstar Escrow Fraud? Nationwide

 Nationstar is at it again. When they bought our mortgage from Cenlar, they claimed " Nationstar never received any escrow monies in the transfer " I had to track down the money myself and prove to their "investigation" that they had it all along. Now comes time to distribute the escrow funds and they fail to pay the homeowner policy. Of course I don't find this out until my insurance company sends me a notice that the policy has expired. Upon calling Nationstar and spending forever on the phone to finally get someone to speak with, they apologize for the "inconvenience " never mind I have no insurance now. More than an "inconvenience " in my book. This is when you learn how slow the wheels turn there. We are promised an overnight check. Which will take 3 days. 3DAYS. What happened to overnight? They refuse to do an electronic check. It is not their protocol. Again they are sorry for the inconvenience. Meanwhile I still have no insurance and they still have my money.
