Nationstar Mortgage LLC Is running a criminal predatory operation that is seizing homes illegally using loan origination fraud and Loan Servicing fraud. I have documented them taking homes they did not own and reselling them as a subcontractor for them.

It got personal because they eventually tried to steal my mom's home using fraud. My senior citizen mother and her husband were victims of loan origination fraud. They were given a false loan packet with items left off intentionally to make it appear that their payment had went down. Even if this was an accident it had to be corrected in order for the loan to be valid. we know we have an illegal loan and Nationstar still trying to collect it.

The most horrifying part of the story is when my mother's husband died and she became a widow unexpectedly. The mortgage Bank stole $1,500 from her escrow account and doubled their house payment in an attempt to illegally steal her home again after first fraud attempt failed.

We have documented false and misleading statements illegal math and countless illegal Acts and statements from Nationstar and now they are hiding and not returning any phone calls or emails from us.
