Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC Did Not Pay Property Taxes Carol Stream, Illinois

This is a follow-up to my complaint on 07/07/2012.  I have now been with Ocwen since 06/16/2012.  They failed to make the property tax payment due on 10/01/2012.  The property taxes are now delinquent and I have been assessed interest.  To add insult to injury, I received a statement showing they had paid the taxes.  They are also raising my mortgage payment to impound last year's property tax amount which their own records show is $137.48 less than this year.  In the 16 years I have owned this property and the half dozen mortgage companies that have serviced the loan, not one has ever before failed to pay the property taxes when due.  I will be filing a complaint with the Arizona State Banking Department and the Federal Trade Commission.
