Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC set up an escrow account for county taxes deferred by disabled tax deferral affidavit Orlando, Florida

I have a tax deferral affidavit, which means that because I am disabled I do not pay any property taxes. Ocwen Loan Servicing holds my mortgage and has had a copy of this affidavit since they bought the loan in November of 2009. In April of 2010 I sent them another copy due to one of their tax service companies picking up on the fact that my taxes had not been paid. In June of 2011 I received notification from Ocwen that they had paid my county property taxes and had set up an escrow account that required me to pay them 384.40 monthly. I once again sent them another copy of my tax deferral. In July of 2011, after weekly telephone calls which got me no-where, I wrote a letter to their tax dept. telling them I was NOT going to pay any escrow fees because I am not required to pay property taxes. I also sent them a copy of my tax deferral. When I made my Sept. 2011 payment and did not include the escrow amount, Ocwen placed my payment into a suspense account and charged me late fees.
