Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC Requested the Promissory Note and never did receive it by mail or email. Orlando, Florida

Promissory Note was requested on August 28 and was to get to my address in three business days and it never came. Ocwen Loan Servicing Center, charged me a $15 fee to have the papers sent to my home and why?

I called back September 6 and it was to be sent by email 24 to 48 hours later, it never was sent to my email. I am sure they charged me another $15 fee for just sending it by email. This is preposterous! It doesn't take this long to send information by email.

All you people do is take people money and run with your heads cut off. I looked up this company on the BBB.org and it has an F rating. This company must be doing something that is illegal, but I cannot understand why is they still doing business with homeowners? 

If someone is willing to put in an action law suit against this company, I am in for it. Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is not BBB Accredited.
