Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC Ocwen is trying to take my home even though I'm current on my mortgage. West Palm Beach, Florida

Reading through other complaints about Ocwen, it appears we are in real trouble.  My home loan was transferred to Ocwen in September of 2011.  I had paid our September bill to the previous servicer Litton, and was current with my payments.  Ocwen however has been insisting that my September payment was never received, although I can look at my bank statement and clearly see it was deducted from my account. 

       Since September, they have been continuously reporting me as behind in my mortgage.  My credit rating has taken a huge hit.  I can not take advantage of any refinance programs despite record low rates.  I have sent Ocwen a payment for each month they have serviced my loan yet they are threatening to foreclose.  I try to call them and get somebody in India who is absolutely no help and difficult to even understand.  I get harassing phone calls from Ocwen constantly.  

I am fortunate in this economy to have a very good job.  I can afford to make my house payments.  I just want a fair loan through an ethical servicing company.  It is absolutely ridiculous that Ocwen is able get away with screwing so many people.  I'm not sure how to get through this.  If anyone has had any luck, or is aware of a class action law suit being prepared against these scoundrels, please contact me through this site.
