MY LOAN WAS SOLD TO OCWEN FROM LITTON LOANS IN SEPT. 2011. ORIGINALLY IT WAS A COUNTRYWIDE LOAN! I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF A SHORT SALE WHEN THEY SOLD THE LOAN NOW 5 MONTHS LATER I CANNOT GET AN INSPECTION DONE ON THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. I GOT ON THE PHONE WITH A HUD COUNSELOR AND WE BOTH TRIED TO CALL AND GET A SUPERVISOR IN THE UNITED STATES, THEY CANNOT CONNECT YOU NOR DO THEY HAVE ANYONE.
THIS IS A SCAM, SHE ADVISED ME TO REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, HOW CAN THEY PARTICIPATE IN HELPING AMERICAN HOME OWNERS WHO ARE IN TROUBLE TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING WHEN THEY ARE BASED IN INDIA WITH A P.O. BOX IN FLORIDA ? I CANNOT GET ANY ANSWERS FROM THEM AND AM GOING TO SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL. SOMEONE AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS!

I had Litton too. 12 sale dates in 2 months.
anyone dealing with haji and OCWEN are in a nightmare.
You need to contact and make reports with these people:
Office of currency control
office of corporations
you congress person
FBI
FTC
Contact the company selling your house, their lawyer group. explain what is going on and be prepared to show proof.
Make reports thru these agencies. It works. I got a loan mod after 4 years. The fight is not over as OCWEN has taken a personal interest in messing with me. ( retrobution will be mine ) The INDIA call centers are a joke. Haji has no clue and will mess your paperwork and credit rating.
