In April 2011 I applied for a home modification , a month later I received a letter stating that my proof of social security disability was not legible I send a very good legible copy and every month they ask for the same documents stating that it is not legible everyone else can read the copy.  In May 2012, I received a letter that said thank you for your application for a modification.  Based on our review of the documentation you provided you are not eligible for a Home Affordable Modification.  Then the next month I received a letter telling me to resubmit the same documents.  A repersentative from the company told me all my documents were legible and they could not understand why they could not read the documents.  So I am back on the merry go round
