optics planet sent wrong holster, refuses to refund me or send correct holster Northbrook Illinois

I odered a tac loc holster for my wifes smith & wesson m&p handgun, optics planet sent me the wrong holster! the package box was correct, (label saying smith &wesson M&P) but upon removal it was not the correct model! it was the model for a glock handgun! I called optics planet immediately, the representative said to box it back up, which I did, they emailed me a return label for shipping. I took it back to the post office the same day and shipped it! Optics planet confirmed they recieved it 10 days later. Now they are telling me, I need to send the other product back that I had ordered also! thats not what I was originally told! that product a lazer is already in use! and I dont have the packageing because it was correct! the holster is sold seperately! part# 950-0037 but they will not send me the correct holster or refund me the cost of this holster!
