Can someone make any progress with an exchange on order 5826338? Please read the notes. 

The turnaround time of 10 days to get an exchange processed is ridiculous. I understand a refund takes time but a simple swap shouldn't have to take that long. Jerome at OpticPlanet has been great but I need some there to execute a simple task. The return department should working hand in hand with customer service instead of being in the dark and guessing.

Also, I was promised a price match guarantee for a scope that I found at a reputable merchant for $1799.

Secondly, false advertisement is bad business. There was no prepaid label available to print out for the return.

Rather then placing my frustration on this forum and BBB, I'm hoping that you could help this order be pushed through. 

Please don't let it get to that point. Get this taken care ASAP and whip you returns department in shape. This starting to get very irritating.
